Artistic Heights 1

-Artistic Heights is a luxury residential building with 226 luxurious apartments consisting of 1,2,3 bedroom and penthouse units, it also consists of a garden, play area and luxury swimming pool.   -Sigma Art Engineering consultants is the lead consultants on this project for Design and Supervision services as was also able to receive special approvals for this project for additional floors and GFA.   -Artistic heights is in Jumeirah Village Circle and is one of our most trusted clients, with various projects around the UAE.   -The building consists of 79 Studios, 112 one bedrooms, 31 two bedrooms and 4 three bedrooms Units with a total built up area of 27,771.39m2.   -The construction cost for this development is AED 67,000,000 with more than 74% profit.   The owners, Artistic Legend Real Estate Development, also engaged Sigma Art Engineering Consultants for this project after changing the towers consultants’ multiple times, because Sigma Art was able to increase the towers net sellable area by 23,000ft2.
