Sigma Are Engineering Consultants has taken on this project to ensure that the project is completed on time and in charge of value engineering. Sigma Art is also in charge of complete supervision for the construction of this building. The building consists of 10 Studios, 35 one-bedroom, 19 two-bedroom Units with a total built-up area of 7,581.10m2.   The building was initially designed by other consultants, however, once Sigma Art Engineering consultants were able to save more than 15% of the construction cost of our clients, the owner changed the consultants to Sigma Art due to his confidence in us.
