Smart Tower 3 is a residential and commercial development that is stated to be a landmark development. It is located in Jumeirah village Circle and sought to be the first of its kind. The futuristic design is completely done by Sigma Art Engineering consultants who are also handling the entire Supervision scope of Services. The building consists of 30 Studios, 91 one bedrooms, 35 two bedrooms Units with a total built up area of 19,018.35m2.   Like so many of our other towers, Sigma Art was able to obtain special approvals to cancel all basements and provide podiums, saving our clients valuable time and cost implications if they had to make basements. Secondly, Smart Tower 3 is a fully integrated smart building where components inside a building has been developed and improved, allowing modern-day building owners to select: Lighting Security Heating Ventilation Air conditioning systems independently. Allowing the owners to be the most productive in their home at the lowest possible cost and therefore increasing the building lifecycle.
